How often do you walk or run?

Every morning, when the world is still half-asleep, I try to step outside for a walk. Sometimes itβs just a short stroll around the block, other times I push myself for a longer route. The rhythm of my footsteps feels like a gentle reminder that life doesnβt need to be rushedβit just needs to keep moving.
Running, on the other hand, is a different story. I donβt run often, but when I do, it feels like Iβm testing my limits. The heart races, the breath shortens, and yet thereβs this small thrill of achievement once I stop. Itβs almost as if running teaches me resilience, while walking teaches me reflection.
For me, walking has become more than just exerciseβitβs a quiet conversation with myself, a way to reset, to dream, and sometimes, even to gather ideas for writing.
So, whether itβs a walk or a run, each step carries its own story. And thatβs what makes it beautiful.
